ECHO’s Annual fall concert entitled “Music of Faith” will feature selections from Jewish, Muslim, and Christian Traditions and feature guest artist Steven Greenman, an internationally known Klezmer Violinist.
Steven Greenman. Mr. Greenman will perform several short movements from his own composition “Klezmer Suite for Violin and Orchestra” featuring scenes from a traditional Jewish wedding. Greenman will also perform the Cadenza from “Fiddler on the Roof” written by the peerless film composer, John Williams. The concert will conclude with the final movement from Felix Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 5, “Reformation” which is based on the famous Christian hymn “A Mighty Fortress is our God.”
