Elementary Formation

Elementary: 1st Grade - 5th Grade
The goal of our C.C.E./Elementary Program is to promote a relationship with God based on the catechism, prayer, worship and love. Our curriculum is taken from the "Call to Faith" Program, which has a spiral method. This process of deepening our relationship with God is a life long journey.
Sacrament Preparation
Our sacrament preparation guidelines are as follows: Student must have at least one year of C.C.E. prior to the year of preparation. The primary educators for the sacrament are the parents. It is our expectation that the children attend Mass on Sundays and have good attendance in our C.C.E. program or attend Catholic School.
First Reconciliation
"God calls us to the sacrament of reconciliation because He loves us so much, wants to forgives us, wants His relationship with us to be without the obstacle of sin." ~St. Jean Marie Vianney
In order to receive the sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession), the student must be enrolled in C.C.E. and have had at least one year of formation prior to the year of preparation, or be enrolled in a Catholic School. For more information, contact the Youth Formation Office.
First Eucharist
"The Eucharist and more precisely, communion with the body and blood of Christ, is a meeting with the living God." ~St. Jean Marie Vianney
In order to receive the preparation for the Sacrament of Communion, the student must complete the process of preparation for First Reconciliation. Please contact the Children and Youth Formation Office for more information.
